About you
As an energetic and passionate trainer, ideally with formal
qualifications in training you get a kick out of seeing your audience learning
new skills in an engaging environment. With superb organisation and communication
skills you are personable and positive in delivering to a professional audience
at a range of levels. Travel,
a fast pace and lots of variety are key things you are looking for in your next
role. Some knowledge of the HR industry - Recruitment, Performance Management,
Succession Management, Development, 360 - will help you to develop a
better understanding of how our products are used by our clients and how
we can educate clients to ensure that they are getting the most
from our systems.
The role
The main
focus of your role will be to provide training on our Talent Management software
solutions, you'll need to be very comfortable with technology based training to
be successful in the position. Delivering training to clients both locally and
globally, we see you contributing to the creation of new initiatives, refining
and improvement current framework and rolling out world class training
solutions and offerings to our existing and future clients as well as providing
internal training to our employees.
