Working with a team of HR and Software professionals this is your opportunity to ensure we successfully deliver maximum functionality and performance to meet our client's Talent Management software requirements.

About you

You are a degree qualified in IT or Business and have experience within the HR IS space whether it be recruitment, HR Systems or IT. You might have used the PageUp People technology or other HR software which has given you an in depth understanding of the talent management lifecycle and the role a well integrated system can play in facilitating the effective recruitment and performance life cycle for a business. More than anything you are client focused, solution driven, articulate and highly analytical. You like to be challenged and work collaboratively to deliver the best possible result.

About the role

Working closely with the customer, our internal team across client delivery, sales and product development you will scope, interpret and deliver our product to meet client expectations. 

• Support the delivery of global projects remotely or on-site with the client to deliver the same level of service expected if the delivery was completed locally
• Manage the scoping, quoting and delivery of Product Development Task Descriptions (TDs) to complete the technical configuration of the instance you are managing
• Manage and deliver additional sub-modules projects
• Actively promote other Client Delivery services (consulting and training) or modules and provide these opportunities/leads to allocated CPE/CPM
• Accurately track hours, expenses and when required budget, for all delivery work completed
• Create and/or update template systems implementation documents that support all ITM modules being delivered globally
