We have an opportunity for a talented software development manager to join our Technology team and manage one of our reporting directly to the SVP Global Information Technology.

You love building great software and driving a small team of talented individuals to do the same. With relevant qualifications and excellent experience as a developer and a manager you understand the importance of SDLC, the ability to negotiate resources, priorities, deadlines and have a distinct passion for working in Agile. Tech wise - .Net, IIS, CSS, HTML, MS-SQL, Rails, EC2, SC3 and Azure are the kind of the skills we are looking for. As a people leader, you get a kick from mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their individual goals as well the overall team and company objectives.

The role

• Manage the performance of an agile development team to ensure we deliver on our commitments and exceed our clients' expectations
• Work with our product management team to deeply understand our clients' needs
• Amaze us with your juggling skills in balancing the workforce planning requirements between new product developments and maintaining the existing product
• Delivery of agreed application projects to time, quality and cost
• Play a key role in the defining the strategic technology direction and executing on the plans to achieve it
• Lead internal IT projects that delivery both strategic and operational improvement to the business systems
• Ensure that current systems continue to deliver during a time of integration and transformation
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholder
